Weight Loss Myths That Keep us Fat and Frustrated!

Obesity rates are on the rise, in fact, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention labels obesity as PUBLIC ENEMY #!1.Nearly 30% of the population in North America is obese. While most people know that obesity is very unhealthy, taking off the weight seems to be an impossible task. Much more than motivation is needed.
